6. Baked or other beans
7. fresh fruit and or vegetables
Lunch – typical vegan choice may be;
1. Sandwiches
2. Veggie burgers
3. Pasta
4. Salads, vegetables and or fruit
5. Tofu steaks or other products
6. Rice, Quinoa, or other grains
Supper – typical vegan fare may be;
1. Pasta, pasta and more pasta
2. Risotto, rice or rice pasta
3. Baked potatoes, vegetables, salads or fruit
4. Fries or chips
5. Pizza
6. Bread
