Do a 24 hour fast. That means no food just plain filtered or spring water (at least 4-6 glasses during that time). Try and do this during a quiet time and not while you are rushing around. Record any symptoms you may feel such as headaches, sore stomachs, nausea, bad tastes in mouth, weakness etc.
