  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups corn cut off cob
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • ½ cup roasted and chopped almonds
  • Optional tomatoes diced and olives sliced
  • Lemon or lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. EV Olive Oil – combine and serve
