About Janine Flint

Janine has over 14 years experience working internationally and locally in media and education. Her professional life started in the corporate world in PR and communications, working at one of the largest automotive companies. Thereafter, she worked in higher education as a Marketing Manager for The University of Cape Town. With a love for teaching (which she discovered in Poland), she had the opportunity to lecture Media Studies at Cape Peninsula University of Technology for three years. Here she reworked the first year and post graduate curriculums, focusing on digital integration.

In 2017, she took the plunge and started working for herself. She now specialises in providing e-learning solutions and personal development programmes to entrepreneurs. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Media Studies and Digital Culture from Maastricht University in The Netherlands and has an Honours Degree in Corporate Communication and a BA in Media and Culture, both obtained from Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth. She is an certified Ontological Coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation.

Outside of work, she teaches a Stress Management Programme to ostracized communities in and around Cape Town, along with other social development
