Raw, No Salt and Preservative Free (60 marks)

Instructions: Eat only raw fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds and preservative-free dried fruit with no salt for seven days.

Your assignment will be divided into THREE (3) PARTS :

1. PART 1: Record how you feel each day during the seven-day experiment of raw, no salt and preservative-free and what effect this way of eating has on your digestive tract and energy.
2. PART 2: Follow this with a 24-72 hour water fast (this means water only)
3. PART 3: Once the fast is complete, follow with seven days of raw foods only – once again exclude salt and preservatives.
